FULL Tips Ole-Ole Seafood Sabah

Ole-ole seafood Sabah ni dah jadi benda paling wajib kalau datang Sabah. Murah beb! Serius murah. Besaq bak hang seafood die tp harga alahaii..rs nak beli 1 kapal je! Tp kena beringat sebab balik naik flight ye.. =P

So, kat mana tempat best shopping? ada banyak suggestions tuk beli seafood and kuasa memilih & membeli tu hak masing2. There's 2 types. 1) Dried Frozen Seafood or 2)Fresh Seafood. Beza antara 2 ni, dried seafood tu dah siap di frozen kan dan dah disealed and divakum plastik tu. So korg cuma perlu pilih je seafood yg korg nk WITHOUT worrying air ikan tu tertumpah dlm flight. Susah nak bayangkan cmne? Alaa..sama je cam korg beli frozen lamb or frozen shrimp dkt mall tu haa..cmtu la ghupenye. Fresh seafood tu pulak, mmg fresh! Turun dari kapal woii. Pastikan tahan segala nafsu korg tu ms nk membeli ye. Mata tu cuba control sikit. Takut mata kau tekeluar menjajar-jajar XPERCAYA tengok sume benda yg ada dengan harga dorg bg. Anyway, one of the LECEH sikit sbb seafood korg tu akan ditindan bersama ais kering dalam Styrofoam Box(5kg/10kg/15kg). A bit berat and just to let u know..seafood-seafood ni kne hand carry tauuu. Some of them (kalau baca review), lebih suka dried seafood tu sbb RISAU kalau bungkus xkemas, air ikan tu tertumpah. Based on my experienced, they are well experienced and well know the RIGHT WAY of membungkus and membalut that Styrofoam Box dengan sangat kemas. Insyallah xakan ada peristiwa air ikan tertumpah.

MY CHOICE?
Disebabkan aku dgn husband aku ni mmg jenis kaki seafood, lps tu nak cari yg gila fresh berkeping isi dia and MURAH, ktorg pilih ke Wet Market. Yes. Mata ktorg memang tersembul keluar! Pesanan ikhlas, kalau korg dah siap pilih and dah siap bungkus, then korg baru perasan ada kapal baru naik..well..usahla kau menangis menonggeng tgk ikan yg dorg bawak naik tu ye. And yes. Usahla menggatai nak p mengidam nak beli seafood yg saiz kat semenanjung. XWUJUD beb!. XWUJUD! Even kerang bulu tu pn saiz 1 tapak tangan only 50 sen/1KG. REPEAT! 50sen/1KG. Histeria kejap. Ahaha.
